The client is one of the largest companies of the mass distribution in Italy, with more than 5000 employees spread across numerous locations and outlets nationwide. The main objective of the project was to improve the efficiency of the Human Resources department through a series of detailed analyses concerning the hourly components (such as absenteeism, overtime, holidays, sickness, etc.) and the remuneration components (costs, ral, mbo, etc.), up to synthetic KPIs, such as turnover and productivity.
The project was developed using Qlik technology, a powerful Business Intelligence tool that made it possible to centralise HR data and visualise them interactively and dynamically.
The technical architecture is based on collecting data from existing corporate HR systems (DATASERVICE WEURO, WINSARP, SAP) as well as historical data, integrating them into the Qlik model and creating a single analysis dashboard. The solution provides an aggregated view, but also allows the client to get down to the individual employee, with their entire work and salary history.
The HR dashboard, due to its intuitiveness and interactivity, was quickly adopted, simplifying daily operations.
In particular, the presence of KPIs and different ways of visualising data have become an indispensable tool for strategic and operational decisions in personnel management.
